Kuinka pitkÀ on toimitusaika?

Normaali toimitusaikamme on 3-7 arkipÀivÀÀ. Postitamme tuotteita useimmiten kolmena pÀivÀnÀ viikossa, maanantaisin, keskiviikkoisin ja perjantaisin. Muistathan, ettÀ kiireisinÀ aikoina, kuten jouluna, toimitusaika saattaa venyÀ titiMadamista riippumattomista syistÀ!

How do I know if my order will arrive in time?

Our normal delivery time is 3-8 working days. We ship three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But please keep in mind that during busy seasons, like Christmas, we cannot guarantee that the deliveries are as fast as normally! If for example weather or other such things delay the delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that.

I didnÂŽt get an order confirmation to my email after placing an order?

You should receive order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you do not get this, please email us to [email protected] with your contact details and the items ordered.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes are very simple to use!

After choosing the products, you will be transferred to a payment page. Before choosing the payment method, on the same page is a place for the discount code. When you move on to the next page, the cart will automatically be updated with the discount. If the discount does not work, please double check it, and also check the date it is valid for. Any help needed do contact us!

I forgot to use the discount code, can I get the money back afterwards?

Well, as nice as we normally are, unfortunately we cannot refund money from unused discount codes.. That would be too much to handle â˜ș

Where do I get discount codes?

We have promotions and sales quite often! Best way is to follow us on facebook and see what is going on in “gossip” section on our website. Also remember to check out the sale section.. There are often really good deals!

How much is the postage cost?

Standard delivery is always, yes we mean always, free!

I donÂŽt live in Finland, can I still order from you?

Of course! We deliver everywhere!

I’m allergic to nickel. Can I use titiMadam jewellery?

Oh, yes you can! All our jewelry components and chains are nickel free.

 

How strong are titiMadam jewellery?

Some of our products might be quite fragile
 You should understand that titiMadam pieces might break in incorrect use. Also keep in mind that some of our pieces might not be child-friendly because of the sharp edges. Be careful with perfume and other strong chemicals, as you won’t want your jewellery to break down! Do not spray anything straight onto the piece of jewellery as it might cause cracking (this hardly ever happens but we thought you ought to know anyway!)

 

I dont like my product / There is something wrong with my product, what do I do?

If for some reason you are not happy with the items you received you have 14 days to return them. Please see more info at the help section! You can also send us email with any questions to [email protected]
