GENERAL PRODUCT INFO

All our products are made in Finland and UK from cutting the shapes until posting and packaging. This way we make sure that the pieces are perfect!

Note that some of our products might be quite fragile. People should understand that titiMadam pieces might break in incorrect use. Please keep in mind that some of our pieces might not be child-friendly because of the sharp edges.

Also keep in mind that you should be careful with perfume and other strong chemicals, as you won’t want your jewellery to break down! Do not spray anything straight onto the piece of jewellery as it might cause cracking (this hardly ever happens but we thought you ought to know anyway!)

All metal components in our pieces are nickel free.

 

PAYMENTS

Here at titiMadam we accept all credit and debit cards.

titiMadam will only get information of the products ordered and delivery & billing addresses. All payments will go through Checkout.fi that operates as a seller when using Finnish credit or debit cards.

titiMadam does not receive any details of your credit or debit cards!

You can also pay through PayPal. Please be aware you do not need an account to use this payment method! All transactions are done on PayPal’s secure website.

If you wish to pay via bank transfer we will have to charge a 20 € service fee. Why this? Because for you it’s ordering a product easily, for us it’s the administrative time and effort.

DELIVERIES

All orders are sent via Posti / Itella (orders sent from Finland).

We aim to dispatch the goods in 1-4 days from receiving the order and the normal delivery time is 3-8 working days.

We cannot be held responsible for lost orders or delays cost by any third parties or force majors. However, if you do not receive your order in 8 working days from ordering please contact us via hello@titimadam.com.

It is also possible to deliver your order to a different address than the billing address. Keep in mind that the delivery address needs to be valid residential or commercial address! If the given address is incorrect we cannot be held responsible and therefore will not refund for item getting lost or delayed or any extra costs that will occur. But, as we like to take good care of our customers, if you have any problems with the delivery, please let us know!

Standard delivery to anywhere in the world is FREE!

Please notice that during busy seasons, like Christmas for example, the delivery times might be longer.

 

RETURNS

If you need to return a product purchased from titiMadam you have 14 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

You will receive a full refund if you follow the above returns guidelines.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts we will offer a full refund or replacement provided, if we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

If products arrived damaged please contact us at hello@titimadam.com to arrange a re-delivery. Please be aware proof of damage will be needed.
